Reserve Officer Steven Epstein graduated from the South Bay Police Reserve Academy in May of 1993. He served with the Hawthorne Police Department from October 1993. Reserve Officer Epstein was an avid collector of western antiques, enjoyed power boating, motorcycling, was an experienced horseman and a fan of rodeo.
